Our community outreach program is designed to combine mentorship, training, and self worth by offering young adults an opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and learn from them while holding their own as valued members of our project teams. We specifically seek to engage individuals with a desire to learn, improve, and grow into independent professional members of society. Our more experienced staff will team up with their younger counterparts and guide them in gaining knowledge and experience throughout all phases of specific projects.
